Eid Food Pack Distribution in Oslo – A Month of Preparation, A Day of Blessings

Alhamdulillah, on Saturday, March 15th, Alkhidmat Europe successfully distributed essential Ramadan food packages to our local community in Oslo. This initiative was the result of over a month of dedicated preparation and planning, and it marked a heartwarming collaboration between Alkhidmat Europe and the Islamic Cultural Centre Norway (ICC Norway).

This joint effort was not just about delivering food—it was about spreading the spirit of Ramadan; i.e., compassion, and solidarity. The distribution event, held at ICC's premises, saw a large turnout from members of the local community who received the packages with gratitude and joy.

We are deeply thankful to our generous donors, dedicated volunteers, and committed team members who played a vital role in making this initiative a reality. From preparing and packing the parcels to distributing them on the ground, everyone involved contributed wholeheartedly.

Through this project, we were able to convey an important message: Alkhidmat Europe stands with the communities in Norway. Our humanitarian commitment is not limited by borders—we are here to support, serve, and uplift wherever there is need.

We are also immensely grateful to Allah (SWT) for allowing us to carry out such charitable activities with ease and without friction in Norway. The environment here has enabled us to implement humanitarian projects efficiently, and we pray we can continue to do more for those in need.

A special thank you to ICC Norway for their invaluable support and partnership. Their platform, coordination, and community engagement were essential in ensuring that this food pack distribution was a success.

InshaAllah, we plan to continue this activity at the end of each month or on a bi-monthly basis, so that support reaches those who need it throughout the year—not just during Ramadan.
